Yes, NO undergarments, swimwear, masks, glasses, or final sales items can be returned. Please make sure to review your order before purchase to take note of any items that fall into these areas.

I didn't get my package, what do I do?
Contact the support department and we will track your order. Keep in mind, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We do insure all items and we can check whether or not the item was delivered.
Do you sell worldwide?
No, unfortunately we only sell to customers in the United States and Canada. However, some of our products are listed on Amazon.com so you can check there.
